At Bovatein, we stand behind the quality of our organic liquid fertilizer and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

Eligibility for returns

The product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective
The product received was incorrect (wrong item or size)

All return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fertilizer containers
Products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., freezing, heat exposure) or misuse
Items returned without prior authorization
Clearance or promotional items (unless damaged upon arrival)

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Include: Order number, Clear photos of the product and packaging, and brief description of the issue.

Requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Refunds (If Approved)

If your refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Replacements

If your product arrived damaged or defective, you may choose:

A free replacement at no additional cost, or
A full refund of the product price

Replacement items will be shipped after verification, subject to product availability.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
